My experience renting a unit here was very accessible & accommodations were amazing. I originally use centennial storage but when I needed this space it was a Sunday and no one was available there to rent to me , maple leaf was open and happy to let me have access the min we did paper work ! It made my work very easy. At the end of my stay I misread the vacate agreement and would have been stuck with paying an extra month but we were able to come to agreement and I was very satisfied! I would definitely rent here again

An awesome experience renting an RV space at the Port Coquitlam Maple Leaf storage facility. In particular, Erin the site manager was both professional and patient in explaining the documentation and paperwork. She even helped me back in the RV. Her knowledge of the facility and support was outstanding.
The facility is clean / tidy and easily accessed from the major traffic routes nearby. I strongly recommend Maple Leaf and this particular facility for your storage requirements.

They will randomly remove access to the facility due to ‘glitches’ with the system in the middle of your move so that you have no access to the facility - think about showing up just after office hours and the gate not working and having to go back and reload your stuff into the place you just loaded it out from because you have no safe place to leave the truck overnight.

Maple Leaf Self Storage on Coast Meridian in PoCo is a well-maintained facility. We feel confident storing items there. The staff is consistently courteous and helpful. One thing that's too bad—there used to be a washroom on the ground floor of the building we have our locker in, by the elevator, but this has been locked and is not in use any longer. The alternate washroom, in another building, now requires a key from the front desk.

These people are awesome!
I've been using this storage facility for around two years now and have consistently received excellent service. They’ve gone above and beyond—especially when I needed extensions while moving lockers. The team is always friendly and helpful whenever I need anything.
A special shoutout to Erin for her professionalism and friendly demeanor—she really stands out, but honestly, all the staff are great. I can’t say enough good things about this business. I’d definitely recommend them to anyone looking for storage!

I find it very easy to enter, leave and load up as Maple Leaf Storage is very accommodating , it is very well lit in the storage unit area, and their always flat carts availible to load your belongings on, so that you may take them to your vehicle. I would highly recommand Maple Leaf Storage to any one in need, especially those that live in the Tri- City area.

We have been using Maple Leaf Storage for about 4 months, and I would highly recommend them , as the area of the storage is very easy to get to and very clean premises. if you are in need of a large storage unit and you happen to be in the second floor, they do have an elevator , and the area is very secure. Good hours and wonderful people to help you with anything that you may need. Personally they are deserving of 5 stars in my way of thinking. Their rates are very competitive.

Facility is clean and easy to access. But head office does NOT care for its customers. Plain and simple. I am a diabetic and I need to go to bathroom often and need to have quick access to one. Ever since November of last year head office decided to shut down the bathroom in second building. The only solution is to come during business hours and walk 200 to 300 feet to office get a key then use that bathroom then walk back same distance. SIMPLY WRONG!!!
The. Most recently you decided to bump your rates but 10%. Like we have a choice
Stop making excuses to earn free money. Only having 2 staff on at a time. Yah I don’t have the will to move or I would. You really want to keep your long live customers happy don’t you. Head office needs to give not take.

Hello everyone! This Maple Leaf location at PoCo was chosen as it is close to my home. And, as for now, we are using it whithin the last few months. Frankly speaking, I shoud say, these guys know what they do. Thanks to Jang Lee, he was the first who met us and helped us with all our needs as we were quite fresh and did not know how all this staff worked. Then, we needed more help, as we experienced some delays in our moving stage. Fortunately, Khushi Patel was in charge that day. As a result, we got highly professional assistance and 100% satisfaction, and she did everything with exeptional attitude. Furthermore, we were moving ahead with our moving to other province, but few more details were not done yet. And, again, we were helped at Maple Leaf PoCo. Erin Leach answered our questions and understood all our concerns we were worried about. Finally, I want to sum up and say, that if I need help with storage I will come to these guys again, as I know thay will help me whenever and whatever I need. Thank you for your help and job you do! Do not recommend. I am currently using this facility and recently went in here to see about downsizing to a smaller locker to save some money. I was told that if I do, I would be considered a new customer and pay the higher rate. Within 2 days, I got a letter at home saying they were putting up the price of my locker in 30 days. Will be moving elsewhere very soon.

Avoid this facility. They lack pest control. Our furniture were damaged by mice. See the photos. When complained to the management Erin Leach responded that their checks for mouse didn't find anything while our furniture were covered by mouse droppings. Just sharing my experience so you know. Contact me for a video of our unit that covered by mouse droppings. The movers were concerned about their health.

Storage units are not a place you typically think of customer service being great but this was the case here. I only needed short term storage but Tim was a huge help and walked me through the entire process explaining thoroughly.
One suggestion i will make is I would upgrade the motor on the front gate as it moves verrrry slowy.

The staff is very helpful and knowledgeable. They called me back to confirm what I was looking for and to see if I had any questions, which was very much appreciated. I put a unit on hold and when I went in to do the paperwork and pay for the unit it was seamless and easy to do.
On moving day I had no issues with my code and someone was there to show me where my locker was and made sure there was no issues. There are lots of dolly's and the elevator is big so moving was easy, even on the second floor. The units are climate controlled and individually alarmed which is great!!
I definitely recommend Maple Leaf Self Storage for all your storage needs!!!!

We have been dealing with this company for over 8 months and they have been absolutely exceptional! We were recommended by our realtor. The staff that work there are so friendly, accommodating and helpful! Now that we moved we have moved all of our storage to our new place and have to say goodbye but I would recommend this clean dry and exceptionally great location and staff to everyone! 15 years of great service - with 3 sizes of unit over the years. Very convenient. Pallet jack on site. Many dollies. Makes work easy.

From the first contact with Tim and further follow ups with Nikki and Valerie, I was very impressed with the friendly, helpful service. This is my second time using Maple Leaf Storage, (the first was about 10 years ago at another location). The staff at the Port Coquitlam location were very helpful, and friendly. It was great to have the carts to be able to load up and make the whole process so much easier and quicker. The facilities are clean and secure, and I appreciated the ease of access.

I have been accessing Maple Leaf storage at Port Coquitlam for several months and so far their service is satisfactory. I would recommend you to consider this location if you have a need for it. Staff there are approachable and well-trained in my own opinion. Space is clean throughout the warehouse building including the washrooms!!

The buildings are incredibly clean, there are always several carts etc to move stuff into your unit. I have lost my key a couple of times ? and the staff have always been very friendly and helpful. I would recommend this location to everyone!

The PoCo MLS location was a great fit for us and the storage of our 35 foot long Winnebago. They have a huge lot with wide lanes and turning spaces. This site has a 24/7 on site manager providing that extra bit of security. Friendly staff and prices that are in line with those you would pay at other storage facilities, some of which are nowhere near as professionally run as this one.

Reasonable rates and friendly staff. After visiting a couple other storage places in the PoCo area, I decided to go with them. Carolyn contacted me by phone within 5 minutes of me emailing for more information. She was so friendly and helpful that I decided to drive there the same day to look at their facility. I was warmly greeted by Carolyn and Valerie (?). They were both very nice throughout the whole process. Carolyn showed me exactly the unit I wanted which was secure and climate controlled. The whole place was also very clean, accessible and well lit. I will have no problems storing my belongings there so I signed up right away. They allowed me to get a storage even if my move in date won't be for another 2 weeks. I highly recommend this place!

We were able to snag one in the right size (but not particularly where we wanted) but we went on a wait list for a bigger one as we had more stuff going in eventually and they were able to make it happen and it's so much better. Staff is sooooo friendly and helpful! Website makes it easy to pay online too. Very happy with our choice here!!

I have been storing my business inventory with Maple Leaf Storage in Poco since August and the experience has been amazing. Not only is the staff very nice and helpful, the facility is EXTREMELY clean, which is really important to me as I need to store items that are sold regularly. There is really great lighting and the carts for taking things in and out are really helpful. Very happy that I decided to store with them and would highly recommend to anyone needed storage.

I was unsure about using a storage company. When I went to Maple Leaf I found the staff very helpful and not pushy. I find everything well run, the grounds are clean. Everything in my locker is very safe and dry. The staff go out of their way to make sure you are very well looked after.
