Accomodating staff. Great storage facility.
Have used this facilty for over two years for auto and locker storage. Very helpful for arranging storage when I was on the other side of the country dealing with trying times.

We’ve been parking our work trucks at this storage facility for at least a couple of years now and we really enjoy interacting with the staff here as they are good, friendly people and there’s lots of space to move around in this storage facility. A good unit opened up for us to have our shop in there as well so we jumped on the opportunity. We like going in and drinking coffee with him once in a while too and just having a good old chat. We love the staff here Diane, Leslie, and Ben. They are all a blessing to us.

I wanted to rent a unit here. I've called all the local competitors. I didn't call them because their website was cagey and wouldn't give me pricing without signing up for some marketing. So I didn't.
My wife caved and signed up to get pricing. Now they are calling her on the hour.

I park my truck at maple leaf self storage gated facility since 2021. The facility is immaculately kept, clean, secure and the staff are very friendly. In winter, the paths are shovelled and in summer the trees and shrubbery always trimmed to keep them away from your trucks.
I even left my truck back door open at numerous instances but have never had an issue. In conclusion, I highly recommend Maple Leaf self storage.

Diane was amazing at Maple Leaf, she was able to accommodate us at the last minute when our rental fell through as the moving truck showed up and we had an entire house to store within hours. She was friendly, helpful and helped alleviate some of the stress of a very bad day. I would highly recommend Maple Leaf Storage!

I recently discovered all my valuable hockey cards were stolen ($80000)from my storage unit here. Either it was an inside job or the unit behind mine climbed through a small 10 inch by 17.5 inch opening between our 2 units. Strangely the staff had informed me years ago that they had accidentally cut my lock off and then provided me a lock from them. Thinking back this could have been when someone kept another key for my unit. How do they accidentally cut off my lock? The response from management when I told them my valuables had been stolen was unprofessional. They asked why I stored such valuable items in there. She said people don’t store valuables in these units.. Then manager said she would review video surveillance when she found time. No urgency or concern. If you store items here do not use the locks they sell. I feel this was an inside theft.

This is my first time using a public storage and it’s been fantastic. Diane - the Store Manager - really goes out of her way to make sure you have a great experience. Even before doing an actual reservation she made sure a locker was available and can be held until my arrival, we then visibly inspected to make sure the size was correct or if I needed anything in the unit, did a walk through of the grounds, and went in detail about the terms and conditions and how we can work together. She also has water and other beverages if need be. I hope this goes far and Diane, thank you so much!

*** Unfortunately their pricing has icreased so bad, they are probably 30% higher then anyone else
Not only have they changed thier insurance, so they No longer have your lockers insured, now they charge $15 per month for forced insurace. My 5x5 locker has increased to $211 per month. THis is the LAST MONTH FOR ME. IF YOU ARE A LOYAL CUSTOMER THEY WILL INCREASE YOUR PRICE EVERY 6 MONTHS. There is no one regulating the amount of the increase.
No wonder 1/2 the lockers are empty! Do NOT USE!

I'd give this place a Gazillion stars if I could, not only is Maple Leaf Self Storage reasonable they go out of their way to make you a happy customer. Diane, the Store Manager of the Langley location not only held a locker for me she gave me a bottle of water when I was most desperate for one and then gave me two packages of Dad's cookies Diane and her staff take customer service to a whole new level. I needed a small storage area to store extras from a much larger home, that I was not ready to give up. After going online to compare what was available here in Langley, I decided to make some calls.
Some companies had answering machines, that took basic information with the promise to return my call but never did. Some companies had nothing available for my situation, so were very quick to end my call. No conversation of what help they could give me.
Finally I called Maple Leaf Storage in Langley.
There my call got answered immediately with a friendly and professional staff member. That was the voice of Diane Dawson, Store Manager. Diane listened carefully to my concerns and asked the correct questions to be able to advise what might work best for me. She was curtious, and I felt answered the phone with a smile. I immediately drove to the location and met with Diane where I was not disappointed.
Once I had decided what I needed Diane filled out all the paperwork, presented me with a complete and informative portfolio for future reference. Diane walked me thru the routine of entering and exiting the complex answering all my questions as we proceeded.
My experience has and I expect to continue to be very good. Thankyou Diane!

We all know moving is so stressful! Even for those that think we are so organized. Calling places to see prices etc... I had combative or rude or not interested in any customer service. I felt so stressed and defeated. When I called Maple Leaf Storage in Langley, Dianne was a breath of fresh air!!! She was calm and kind and compassionate. While going through my move my horse was also on his death bed and it was an emotional time. Diane was incredible and had all the answers!!! Not to mention the best prices in town! Thankyou so much for making this move as easy as possible! Sooo grateful.

MLSS is my go-to whenever I need to store items. In fact, my whole family have used them the past (some long term, some short term). The facility is always clean, and they do their best to minimize any critters etc. with strict rules on items stored. Always friendly at the office, I would recommend them to anyone (especially as someone who travelled from Kitsilano to use them!).

I needed storage before I moved my stuff to another town so I went to Maple Leaf Storage as I had used them before. I find the staff to be very courteous, knowledgeable and they go above and beyond. The storage facility was very clean and to me that is very important because it shows that they care about their business. All my concerns had been addressed whenever I asked them anything. I would highly recommend this facility and if I ever need to use storage in the future I would certainly use them again and I will certainly recommend them to anyone that needs storage!

The storage facility was very clean on moving day. The door was secure which gave me piece of mind considering what I had in there. There was a problem on my part however. I had not secured the padlock as it should have been. I was subsequently notified to come and correct my mistake. This puts my mind at rest knowing there is someone who is actively patrolling the units

The service has been very good and is friendly and accommodating. The pricing recently went up with little advance notice to a point on the higher side of local competition, but the premises are clean and secure. The lack of direct debit or automated billing is the only point of complaint I would have. Having to pay the same bill every month through a glitchy online system and then in person when it doesn't work is inconvenient and should not be in today's business technology.

I've been renting a storage unit here for the past year and have had nothing but a positive experience. The desk staff are SO pleasant and accommodating, and I've never had an issue. My 10x10 unit fits all of the furniture from my old studio apartment, and I never worry about its security.

Once when I was late by a couple of days re payment over the Holidays, they wrote to me in a friendly manner.
