Friendly staff. Good pricing and lots of options per your requirement. There is a mandatory insurance which is not shown on the website pricing. Only drawback is you have to exit before 9pm. Overall had a good experience.

I just want to share my experience with this storage facility. It’s one of the most affordable and well-organized places I’ve used. The staff are always helpful and very friendly – kudos to Blair and Dawn, they are truly outstanding!
The facility is always kept clean, and I really appreciate that the carts by the bay are always well-organized and plentiful. Every time I visit, there are carts ready to use right by the entrance, which makes moving things in and out so much easier.
Overall, I’m very satisfied and highly recommend this storage facility.

We needed outdoor access storage at short notice to help bridge a move. The staff were great to deal with, and the facility itself was clean, secure and super easy to access. We only needed our unit for a few months but I couldn't imagine it being any easier. We would definitely go back to MLS Sunridge should the need arise again.

I definitely recommend this place (Maple Leaf Storage - Sunridge) for storage, no matter long term or short term. The facility is well maintained (very clean & safe). Their staffs are very friendly and helpful. I used to contact their manager - Jessie, but since she’s on maternity leave, Blair is helping me with all my concerns.

Terrific experience, with I think it was Blair at the beginning and Trushna at the end. Got a great deal on an introductory rate and a refund on months I paid for but didn’t use. Clean, professional, and they don’t gouge on things like locks—the one they sell is better and cheaper than the one I got at Home Depor. Definitely recommend, especially for short-term (four months)

On Saturday, March 15th a fellow parishioner and I visited Maple Leaf Storage on Sunridge Way NE to inquire about leasing a 10x10 storage unit for our church. We were greeted by Trishna and Jassi. These two remarkable women were friendly, knowledgeable, polite and treated us with respect. I cannot say enough about the wonderful level of service provided. They answered all our questions, gave us a tour of the premises and stressed security measures. Trishna and Jassi also provided invaluable information on the operation of our unit going forward. Maple Leaf Storage is a clean and efficient storage facility. In and out secure gates, loading bays, trolleys, elevators and storage units are all design to be efficient and provide a good sense of overall security. Staff are great to deal with. Highly recommended.

This is probably the cleanest and most organized storage facility in Calgary. They also offer competitive monthly rates (not bi-weekly). Jassi Deol over the phone was very professional, and courteous. She quickly provided all the details I needed and sent me an email with all the benefits, including accepting deliveries that would go directly to my unit. Blair Moore on site was super helpful in setting up my account and helped me choose the best space for my needs. Highly recommend the Calgary North/Sunridge location.

Rented a unit for just over a year to store stuff before purchasing a house. Facility is clean, lots of carts to use and three elevators so you are not always waiting for one. I like the music playing in the background. Have had other storage units where it is quiet and eerie. Only thing I did not like was an annual rent hike. Wasn’t budgeting for it. Luckily it was only about $23/ month more than my initial contract.

A fantastic and secure storage option in Calgary with wonderful customer service. I left the country for over a year and moved the contents from my condo into a locker here and was very pleased with it - I felt that my locker was safe/secure and never had to worry about anything. I was even able to login to my account from abroad to make payments and update my credit card info, which was very handy. The peace of mind that came from this facility was worth every penny.
The facility is well equipped with dollies and carts to help things go smoothly. The staff were all very pleasant to deal with and they treated us very kindly.
Highly recommended! I won’t hesitate to return here in the future if I ever have any storage needs.

My phone was stolen out of my vehicle while I was upstairs in the storage unit. My vehicle was behind their gate that you have to put a password in in the loading zone. They knew who took my phone, they should have either paid me for the phone or charged the other customer for it! Why did it have to come out of my pocket? Be very careful when using this facility!! Your things are not even secure even behind secured gates

Hello I am a 58 year old man with disabilities that lost the apt. that I was renting on May 28 of this year.The building had a major fire ,that displaced 22 rental tenants.Ive been outside ,without a place to rent! I rented a storage unit at the Sunridge location of Mapleleaf Storage.I got myself locked in their complex ,because I accidently was in the storage ,past 9:00 pm 0n a sunday evening.As my phone was powerless,due to no place to charge the battery.There is a( let yourself in and out0 of the storage facility.Between 5pm to 9pm on Sunday.I ended up being there past 9:00pm.So I got in the elevator and entried my pass code number into the keyboard.It would allow my pass code to function.It showed a light on to contact the manager.I could not use my phone,as it was not working ,due to a dead battery.Some how the elevator went down to the main floor.I exited the building and proceeded to the exit gate which to use it you have to go all around the block.I tried to enter my number to exit the property.? I was denied access to vacate the storage lot exit gate .Once again the keyboard showed a light on a memo to contact the store manager? That could not be done.I had my bicycle with me.I tried to throw my bike over their property fence,which is over 12 ft.in height.My attempt failed ,and my bicycle hit the ground.That broke my handlebars.No only did i get locked in ,I also did major damage to my bicycle,making it unuseable.!!!There is enough room to push my bike under the gate.But not room for my body .So I climbed up the fence,besides the gate.I did not climg up using the gate.That was on the 22nd of Oct.The following day i went to the office of Mapleleaf and explained that i got locked in.And had to climb the fence to vacate their property.They replied"We know ,we seen you on the security tape ." 3days later maple leafs manager contacted me via email.And "informed me that they had to call in a after hours gate sevice call. And told me that I caused their gate to malfunction.And that the gate would not close properly? I never climbed on that gate ,nor could i have caused any damage from climbing the fence next to the gate. When a gate is closed,Thats the most secure posision that a gate can be.????!!!!! impossble.I never left through that gate,so It was never opened .By me.MapleLeaf storage email stated that I am responsible for the cost to have their gate adjusted and realigned ? The sevice call for the gate people was an out of town company.That charged for that sevice call was an UNBELIEVEABLE SUM OF $550.00 ??????? Which mapleleaf staff told me that their nare going to wait for the invoice from the gate company.Then put that cost on MY ACCOUNT, as they claim that I did the damage????WHICH THAT AMOUNT WOULD BE ADDED TO MY MY ACCOUNT.AND THAT AMOUNT WOULD BE CONSIDERED NON PAYMENT OF RENT.aND IT WAS TO BE PAID IMMEDIATELY.i RECIEVED THAT BILL COPY ON NOVEMBER 8.wHEN THERE IS A CONTRACTOR CALLED IN TO DO WORK.hE LEFT AND HE HAD TO HAVE LEFT A INVOICE THAT NIGHT.wHY DID IT TAKE OVER A WEEK ????? i ASKED TO REVIEW THE SECURITY TAPE FOOTAGE .aND THE STOTE MANAGER DINIED MY THAT OPTION.i AM BEING EXTORTED AND THATS S COSTING ME MY PROPERTY STORED THERE.tHEY ARE OUT OF LINE AND THEIVES.i REFUSE TO COVER THAT COST OF SOMETHING THAT I DID NOT CAUSE.its ROBBERY.....HELP ME LORD

It was a pleasure to rent a storage box from the first time when I went there.They are very kind,helpfull and they can helping you very fast .Is a good organized storage place,nice and clean. I recommend this place if you need to rent storage box ,even if you are living a little bit far from this place is worthed to spend some time to drive from a different place from Calgary. In the future if I will need storage box I have the right place and for me doesn't matter if I have drive 20-30 km for this place.

Staff was wonderful and accommodating. We used them very short term during a move. When it felt like everything during our move that could go sideways did go sideways, Maple Leaf storage was the only thing that was dependable and reliable. Jassi was helpful and flexible. They gave away my storage locker to someone else after I paid for it couldn't put my stuff in had to find another storage praying I can get my money back

This was my second time using Sunridge Maple Self Storage after 4 years and still a very positive experience. The place is always clean and organized and the staff were all very friendly, helpful and accommodating especially their current manager, Jas. She is awesome, very professional, and always with a welcoming smile that makes you feel like a family. She even went through their company promos and helped me get a very good deal that fits my needs. I have previously recommended this place during my first experience with them and my friends were very satisfied and happy. I highly recommend this place.

I cannot thank Kathy and her team enough for the exemplary service I received. I had to secure a storage space at the last minute for an unplanned move of my university student home to Vancouver. Kathy answered all my questions, addressed my concerns and helped me pick the right size unit given all the arrangements were being made long distance.
Kathy met us at the facility the day I arrived in Calgary and gave us as much time as needed to understand the facility and access. She and her colleagues made sure to apply any discount we qualified for to ensure the cost was extremely affordable. The facility is kept spotless and is extremely secure. On the actual day we moved in I realized I needed to eat and went to get change for the snack machine. Given the pandemic they were unable to provide change but offered me something to eat from their own food!! This was way beyond their responsibility and indicates how high their level of customer service is. I highly recommend this facility to anyone looking for reasonably priced, clean, secure and supremely managed storage

Over all, fantastic. The steel plating on the ground outside the elevator can make it difficult to get a cart in. You need a running start for bigger loads, which is a pain for items that are difficult to keep balanced. There's also a large moving van parked next to the keypad for the exit gate, which makes it difficult to pull up close enough to the keypad to push the buttons without exiting the vehicle. This should be moved to a different stall, and the stall closest to the keypad reserved for shorter vehicles. Also saw someone bringing in propane tanks at one point, which can be dangerous in an enclosed environment. Not sure what can be done about that.

I had less than two weeks to move all my things out of my family home before I had to leave out east to my last year at university. I was very stressed out trying to find a safe place to store the things I wanted to keep since my father was throwing me out of the house. The manager or assistant manager at the Maple leaf I went to explained everything to me and answered all of my questions that I had about the place. He walked me throw the place as he showed me the available storage units. When I decided that I would go with Maple Leaf to store my things in, he then went over the website to set up my account. Since I have to travel to Nova Scotia I wanted to make sure that the payment would be easy to do. When I got home it was very easy to set up my account and how to pay for my unit. I would tell others to go with Maple Leaf Storage if they were looking for someplace to store their items.

Everyone was friendly and efficient. They were able to recommend a unit size that is actually really great for my needs. Smaller than I thought I needed, but I brought all of my stuff and there is still a ton of room (which is great as I'm not done decluttering!). Always ample equipment available to help move items as well.
The best part of this facility is how CLEAN it is! No dust, no garbage piled up everywhere, bright hallways, no odors . . . Just clean. Great facility!

In an effort to sell my condo, I moved my personal items and pictures into a large storage unit at the Sunridge location of MapleLeaf storage. The unit was very clean, heated, and secure. I soon found that I needed a smaller unit and there was no complications moving my things over. Management did the conversion with ease and I continued to store my things. They provided strong carts in good repair. The carts went easily into the elevator and also into the four bays for loading and unloading. I particularly enjoyed getting a soft drink and listening to music as I sorted through my things. The storage unit was like an extension to my apartment. Unfortunately, my condo has not sold and so I have closed off my unit and all my pictures and decorations will go back onto the walls. I have recommended Maple Leaf to my family and friends. I will use Maple Leaf Sunridge again definitely.

every month I go into pay for the Rentel, but spent for time talking to the staff, a Great bunch of people, it’s like walking into cheers where everybody knows your name, the staff is one reason why I stay with this company and the second is, it’s clean and never had any problems. I looked at a few storage facilities and Maple Leaf was the third I visited and won out before I even was helped at the front desk. And then, as I was taken through the rundown of the facility I was sold again.
After a month I have yet to have a negative point but positive points are easy:
Easy secure access- no congested parking issues
Great friendly front staff with all the answers and they have specials and a fun goft lottery- I won 5 packing boxes!
Clean clean clean and kept in great shape throughout
Security high priority to Maple Leaf(elevators that only get off on your floor for example)
Well lit areas with some low pleasant music
Knowing they offer vehicle outdoor storage if needed for the future
Good hours of operation
Well light property that you need a code to enter/exit
Highly recommended and happy!!

I've been using Maple Leaf Storage a few times now. In total 4 years. Your stuff will be safe and the place is extremely clean. For those not aware they can tell you when your storage unit has been opened and closed just in case you suspect someone may have had unauthorized access to your storage unit you will feel safe knowing.
Staff are extremely friendly and as an added touch they send you a Christmas card. Nice :)
If you want your stuff safe clean and free of mice and other intruders this storage place will be perfect for you.

Have been using this facility for over one year and from the first time I entered this facility to rent a unit I have always been greeted by friendly helpful staff. The facility has always been clean regardless of the time of day when we have been to our storage unit to either retrieve items or put new ones in. The temperature controlled inside units are a great bonus. Would recommend this facility to anyone that wants to know that their items that they have put in storage are secure.

So far we have found the facility well cared for and storage access is pretty darn easy. Our only concern surrounds the exit access. It can be difficult to leave when there are larger vehicles impeding the exit or when a storage area is over capacity and creates obstructions for exit traffic.

The facility is very clean and secured and conveniently accessible for in and out storage shuffling. We stored our personal positions as we sold our house and our downsized new place will not be completed until Jan 2019 and we need to access at anytime some of our needs every now and then.
