We selected this storage facility for the location as well for the equipment available for us fo use as well as the quality and cleanliness. The staff are most accomodating and helpful as I am a senior and not very techie. Definitely you will not be making a mistake if you select this company to store items that are precious to you. I was actually all geared up to leave a 5 star review for Maple Leaf after closing my unit with them yesterday but unfortunately when I brought my stuff home and was able to take a look at it my opinion changed.
I had a wooden chest (handmade and very sentimental to me) stored in there for around a year and unfortunately the moisture/ humidity warped the wood in some spots and the lid no longer closes. I recognize that it is my fault for placing something that special to me in storage for a year, but naively I thought it would be safer against humidity.
We also noticed mouse droppings while removing the items and informed the staff (they said not to worry, they sweep after each tenent). The mice got into some of my duffel bags and chewed clothing and left droppings over most of my things after inspection. I certainly didn't bring them with me, and in the hallways you can see many mouse traps.
Is this normal? Should I have to go through everything and clean it all? I kind of thought the point was that I was paying over 200$/ month for somewhere safe and clean and dry to store my things for a while.
All that being said, the staff are very courteous.

It's in a great location for storing materials for business owners, very central. Just off Blackfoot and Glenmore, its 3 minutes from Deerfoot. Very easy access. My inky issue is that it would nice if it was heated. Very secure, clean, friendly staff, good hours. 4 and a half stars if I could.

Tons of mouse poop all over our unit when we went to empty it. We had to throw away our couch that we were storing.

I came by in the middle of a lazy, gorgeous Sunday afternoon at the beginning of March. Chris and Rohann were both busy at their stations. Chris immediately greeted me cheerily. I was carrying two large bins, and he encouraged me to place them down right where I entered, a little off to the side when I asked if I could set them down. Amazingly Chris remembered why I had come by, as I spoke with another employee at Maple Leaf Storage on Saturday to insure they would be open. As Chris took care of my business in a polite, friendly, expeditious manner, he and Rohann bantered back and forth with me! We enjoyed a playful, fun, laid back interaction that was awesome to engage in! When I switched gears and asked Chris a serious question about methods of payment, he again was quick to reply with a comprehensive, assured answer. In the meantime, and throughout our exchange, both men continued on with their desk tasks. This was such an excellent example of a dialectic at work! Chris and Rohann are superb employees, who made me feel welcomed, and who both took the time to engage with me while they continued with their individual tasks!

Amazing service all around! This is my first storage unit experience and I have to say from the first day of setting up to the ongoing amazing straight forward and kind service this place will be my go to in Calgary! The facility is clean, secured and it’s rare to see that no matter who you deal with is kind and so helpful! Wow - what a team and what a place! I travel a lot and my family and I use storage regularly as we are often between houses for periods. I can say this has been my most pleasant experience to date after 10 years of storage lockers. Chris was proactive without being pushy and served me well. Nita was thoughtful, clear and quick. The place is clean, organized and very secure. And the prices are very good. I'm a happy camper and will freely recommend Maple Leaf Glenmore :)

I and my friends were helping an elderly lady to store her belongings. Well. I must say that we were blown away by this modern facility in the price, pristine environment, security and services rendered. This was at the Blackfoot facility. The lady who spoke with a heavy accent made sure we understood everything B4 signing the contract. She even gave us her personal contact after hours should we need any emergency assistance. Now where can you get that kind of service ?!? You have to admire the people that run this facility. They know what business is all about. You make your customer deliriously happy.

Maple Leaf Self Storage Glenmore is fantastic!
The facility itself lives up to exactly how it is described. Secure, accessible, and well maintained.
Having loading bays makes it easy to drive up and unload your truck. Carts and oversized elevators make moving things like beds, appliances, and large furniture a breeze!
The thing that really stood out to me through was the staff. I had a very difficult moving situation and was running on stress and adrenaline to survive it. The staff at Maple Leaf made storing my belongings the easiest part of the move.
When we moved our things into the locker we had a large truck load; one of the employees locked an elevator open for us so I wouldn't have to enter my code every single time we went up. I had about 8 people unloading, and the staff also brought water bottles out for all of us. I was so impressed with the thought and consideration the staff showed, as moving is always hard, especially in difficult situations.
I will continue renting with Maple Leaf for as long as I need the extra space, and I would highly recommend Maple Leaf Self Storage Glenmore for anyone who is considering self storage!

I was impressed with the wide ground unloading entrance doors and a multitude of wheeled dolly carts available to use. Upon returning home I received an e-mail that I did not properly secure my lock on the door. This meant anyone could open it. I was now at home in Abbotsford B.C. and my chances of going back to the locker right away, was impossible. Therefore with my permission they cut my lock and installed one of their spare locks for me. Which I sincerely appreciate. All said, it was a very pleasant experience using their extremely clean storage facilities. I would give a 5+.

I went there for the first time and I had lots of questions, but the store manager Neeta was very helpful and professional. She kindly answered everything I asked, and showed me around with detail explanation. So now I am very familiar with their facility and able to use it without further question. Neeta's customer service was A+ and because of her, I won't go any other storage facility from now on. The location of the facility is very good and close to major roads. Their building is very clean and secured. Their elevator, cage, floor are decent and everything seems like well-maintained and cared. I will refer here to all my friends and family who need a storage.

I’m looking for storage in Calgary which has dozens of storage facilities. Because this site requires me to fill out a form before I can see the cost I just moved on to the next business. I don’t have time to fill out forms and sit around waiting to hear back. I’m also not interested in my information in the files of a company that could possibly snap me constantly with their advertising long after I’ve chosen another storage unit. I’m not saying this company would do that but I would be silly to assume no company would do that. I know it’s a bit ridiculous that I’m now giving my email to write this , but after several places using this sales tactic I thought I would respectfully make someone aware that they may be loosing out on clients. Maybe you have decided that you gain more buy people who don’t like to say no after personal communication but I don’t think so. I will not be one of those people, please do not use my personal email to contact me , I will not respond. I do hope this is met with the best intentions it was written with. Thank you

I seldom give out 5 stars. But this location Maple Leaf Storage deserves 5 stars. Our family used their storage for about 2 years. Good and friendly services. Easy access location. Facility is clean and tidy. Indoor storage and little dust for over 2 years of storage as we took out our stuffs. 4 loading and unloading bays. Secured entrance and codes even using elevator.
Feel safe inside as well. If we do need another storage, this place will be our first choice.

My experience with Maple Leaf Storage is a positive. I can get in when I need to, the place is clean (including washrooms) and it is straight forward on what you can expect. Nice people, secure place, and they brought us bottled water and cookies when they saw me and my friend working at lunch. How nice is that, and yes, I would use them again.

Just cleaned out the storage unit we’ve had since July 2022 and cannot say enough about how great Maple Leaf was to work with. Facility is clean and secure, pricing is competitive, and all of the staff are friendly and accommodating. They were super helpful when we needed to arrange a PODS delivery prior to a cross country move, and flexible when our timing needed to change. The attention to detail and customer service are always incredible and we will absolutely use them again and would recommend to anyone.

I reviewed the different storage facilities and found the Maple Leaf Storage Glenmore location that had great pricing and convenient location. The staff was quick to respond to my inquiry and answered all my questions. I have a unit that suits my needs and my budget. The staff are amazing and super friendly. I would recommend renting a unit at this location.

I have nothing but good things to say about the Glenmore location. I rented my first unit in 2015 when I was downsizing prior to a move. Over the years I moved things in and out with never an issue. Eventually I downsized my unit with no problem. Just this week I removed the last item and relinquished my unit.
I will miss the friendly and knowledgeable staff, the jokes, and the convenience of the location and its amenities (covered loading bays, variety of trollers available for use, knowing that my contents were secure and protected in their climate controlled building. The place was always clean, tidy, and well lit.
If you are looking for an easily accessible storage unit, I highly recommend Maple Leaf Storage Glenmore Location.

I stored home's worth of possessions here for three years while I attended university on the west coast. Achieving my university degree might have been hampered by many things, but I was thankfully never concerned about the stuff I put in storage. From the outset, my experience with the staff was that they are friendly and professional and facility very secure. The facility is clean, well supplied with apparatus to assist with moving big objects and has very large accommodating bay doors and elevators. I experienced very minor and acceptable central increases annually, but these were far below any increases I had budgeted for. Overall, this was a great facility, wonderful people (who remembered me when I returned three years later to collect my stuff), and a secure, cost effective option. I highly recommend to others.
